Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state's law, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, or export the personal information RoleCrest holds about you, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. Our Privacy Policy describes these rights in detail.

How to Submit a Request

Email privacy@rolecrest.com from the email address associated with your account. Tell us which right you want to exercise and, if relevant, which data it concerns. We verify requests using your account email; we may ask a follow-up question if verification is unclear.

What to Expect

• We confirm receipt and respond within the timeline your state's law requires (generally within 45 days).
• If we deny a request, we explain why and how to appeal by replying to the same thread.
• Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.

You can also delete your account and its data from your account settings at any time.
