How RoleCrest Uses AI

RoleCrest uses large language model (AI) services to generate your career deliverables. When you run the career studio, your sanitized resume content, job preferences, and related career information are processed by third-party AI providers acting on our behalf to produce personalized research summaries, application materials, and job-match insights.

What AI Does Not Do Here

• RoleCrest does not make employer hiring decisions and is not used by employers to screen, select, or evaluate candidates.
• AI outputs are assistance for your own job search, not professional, legal, or career-placement advice.
• We do not use your content to train our own AI models, and our provider agreements are selected to restrict training on your data.

Accuracy and Human Control

AI-generated content can contain errors or outdated claims. Volatile facts in your deliverables are grounded in cited research sources where available, and deliverables state when evidence is unavailable rather than guessing. Review everything before you rely on it — you stay in control of what is sent to any employer.
